“I decided i wanted to turn my garden into an outdoor paradise, wanting somewhere i could sit in the evening and relax and entertain family and friends. I asked the public for recommendations and Johnathan Pugh's name came up a lot so I contacted him to ask for a quote. I was only going to get to do the garden once so it had to be right. Johnathan came out and I explained what I wanted with some input and ideas from him. He was one of the most competitive quotes but seemed really genuine and cared for the work he does. I wasn't wrong. He and his team were absolutely amazing. Not only working long days to get the garden done for us to enjoy but often going the extra mile. Pitching ideas and allowing me to change my mind often meaning more work for him. He didn't think twice when i changed things and asked for more than originally quoted. It was done to perfection. In honestly i asked more of him than i should but he just got on with it. Happy and reliable all throughout what was a big project, even though he struggled at times for material due to the COVID19 pandemic. He often travelled around many suppliers to get what was needed to get the job done. We were always kept up to date with what was happening.
I can honestly say we are thrilled. Im sat out my garden next to my waterfall feature writing this review. My garden is simply amazing and now an extended room to my house which we love. When completed it was thoroughly cleaned up and ready to use. We can't thank Johnathan and his team enough for literally transforming my garden and our life.
